What we are looking for

Develop and implement reusable UI components using React and modern frameworks
Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure data consistency
Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and deliver inclusive UX
Translate designs from Figma into functional and responsive interfaces
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, Redux, and TanStack Query
