Software Engineer

Join Cisco's CX Engineering team to design, build, and operate platforms that power the global technical support experience. You will own feature delivery, create high-quality technical designs and code, and troubleshoot complex production issues. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the evolution of AI and automation in customer support.

• Own delivery of features and lead limited-complexity projects
• Convert customer needs into technical designs and secure code
• Coordinate with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations
• Review code, share technical knowledge, and mentor peers
• Develop with AI/ML or generative AI capabilities
