Senior Software Engineer

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and modify computer applications, analyze user needs, and design software solutions. This role will integrate AI-assisted engineering workflows, Agentic AI, and conversational interfaces into the technical architecture. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the quality and performance of software components.

• Develops programs or scripts according to specification
• Designs and implements conversational and agentic solutions
• Integrates AI-assisted development tools
• Analyzes, reviews, and tests for accuracy and optimal implementation
• Mentors Associate or Intermediate software engineers
• Performs software system maintenance, support, and requirement analysis
