Senior Platform Engineer, Workday Extend & Integrations

Lyft is seeking a Senior Workday Engineer to design, develop, and deliver integrations, custom applications, and AI solutions for the People Technology team. This role involves leveraging deep expertise across the Workday ecosystem, including Studio, Extend, and Prism Analytics, to build scalable solutions and integrate AI-powered features into HR workflows. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Benefits stakeholders to translate complex requirements into impactful technology.

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio)
• Architect and develop custom applications using Workday Extend
• Build Workday Prism Analytics pipelines for data transformation
• Identify and build AI-powered automations for HR workflows
• Develop and maintain MCP servers for AI agent data exposure
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Benefits stakeholders
