Engineer II, Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer II at GSK, you will build and deploy AI-powered products, working across the entire development lifecycle from data and models to user interfaces. You will independently own use cases, prototype solutions with business teams, and ensure the quality of production-ready features, contributing to GSK's mission to get ahead of disease.

• Independently build and ship AI-integrated features from concept to production
• Prototype solutions against real data and workflows with business teams
• Own feature quality and make evidence-based recommendations for continuation or discontinuation
• Design and ship backend services and complete UI features
• Hands-on experience with GenAI patterns (agents, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Utilize AI coding agents as primary development mode
