About this role
Lead the engineering for Databricks' AI-native vertical workflow platform, focusing on Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI). You will architect and deliver intelligent systems that orchestrate AI agents and humans into end-to-end operational workflows, initially for customer support and expanding to other enterprise domains.
