Sr. Engineering Manager - Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI)

Lead the engineering for Databricks' AI-native vertical workflow platform, focusing on Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI). You will architect and deliver intelligent systems that orchestrate AI agents and humans into end-to-end operational workflows, initially for customer support and expanding to other enterprise domains.

• Architect the Agentic Ecosystem and backend architecture
• Scale a multi-tenant agent platform across multiple domains
• Drive backend development with strict quality and reliability standards
• Design state-machine and agentic workflows
• Implement enterprise-grade observability and safe execution
• Act as a technical liaison across engineering and product teams
