Staff Software Engineer - Showcase Platform (Ruby/Rails)

Huntress is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Showcase team, focusing on an internal demo platform used by sales. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications, improving platform reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer discovery and sales enablement.

• Design and develop end-to-end Showcase solutions using Ruby on Rails
• Define and drive technical direction for Showcase initiatives
• Build and improve instrumentation, analytics, and monitoring workflows
• Partner with Product and engineering teams to translate roadmap goals
• Lead through ambiguity, set technical direction, and influence decisions
• Collaborate across the stack, including UI, backend, and data models
