About this role
HARMAN is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design, develop, and test software for complex embedded automotive devices. This role involves leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to cutting-edge automotive technology. You will work with real-time operating systems, AUTOSAR, and C++ in a full software development lifecycle.
What we are looking for
6- Design, develop, and test software for complex embedded automotive devices
- Lead projects and mentor less experienced engineers and interns
- Develop production-ready software following defined processes
- Configure and integrate software for telematics products using AUTOSAR
- Debug analog and digital hardware using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Analyze and modify existing embedded software for new features and bug fixes
