Senior Software Engineer

The Access Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of complex features and technical initiatives, driving the architectural direction of their platform. This role involves leading the transition to an event-driven, microservice architecture, making independent design decisions, and mentoring colleagues.

• End-to-end ownership of complex features from inception to production
• Lead decomposition of monolith into event-driven microservices
• Make independent, well-reasoned design decisions and set technical standards
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to engineering strategy
• Strong production experience with C#/.NET Core and Azure/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with TypeScript and React
