Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Allegion is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of AI-powered applications for our Sales organization. You will own the end-to-end software solutions, including UI, workflow, and integrations, while collaborating with our AI team and mentoring junior engineers. This role offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

• Own full-stack development for AI-powered Sales applications (UI, workflow, integrations, data validation)
• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of complex full-stack features
• Architect scalable, robust solutions and participate in architecture reviews
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and champion quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices
