Sr. Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Abbott, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of critical software applications within our Cancer Diagnostics division. This role offers the opportunity to make significant technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the reliability of high-quality software solutions in a global healthcare leader.

• Lead software design, development, testing, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and ensure application reliability
• Make key technical decisions and mentor junior team members
• Develop and enhance software systems using object-oriented programming
• Experience with cloud-based frameworks (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with Agile development tools and STARLIMS custom code
