About this role

Fiserv is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Clover platform team in Sunnyvale, California. You will be responsible for building and improving applications, creating new features, and re-architecting systems for scalability and availability. This role involves owning services end-to-end, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the technical roadmap for a platform supporting over 700,000 merchants.

What we are looking for

Architect, design, and develop front-end applications and backend microservices using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Python
Design, implement, and maintain performant REST APIs
Own services and features end-to-end, including development, deployment, monitoring, and on-call rotations
Promote the effective use of AI-powered software engineering tools
Coach and mentor junior engineers, advocate engineering best practices with a CI/CD DevOps mindset
Triage bugs, resolve operational issues, and participate in design/code reviews
