Join our innovation team as a Senior Backend Engineer to build the AI-native backbone of our platform. You will design and scale asynchronous, production-grade backend systems that integrate AI as a first-class citizen, including multi-agent orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation. This role offers the opportunity to take an idea from concept to production with significant ownership over architecture and outcomes.
What we are looking for 6
- Design and scale async REST/WebSocket APIs in Python (FastAPI)
- Implement multi-agent workflows and LLM provider-agnostic integration
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Design schemas and evolve data models for AI-driven features
- Champion AI across the delivery lifecycle and set team guardrails
- Own end-to-end CI/CD and move ideas from concept to production
