What we are looking for

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-native backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Lead a small team of software engineers, manage technical deliverables, and enforce code quality
Apply microservices design, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation
Triage, debug, and resolve complex production or system issues across distributed microservices
Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Architecture Reviews
5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
