Staff Software Engineer, Developer Platform

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Developer Platform team. This role focuses on building and optimizing critical infrastructure, release pipelines, and CI/CD workflows to enhance developer productivity across the company's defense technology systems. You will lead engineering efforts, architect scalable automation solutions, and design data infrastructure to support engineering metrics and KPIs.

• Lead engineering efforts in release systems, developer tooling, and Software Factories
• Optimize release pipelines and development workflows
• Architect scalable AI-powered automation solutions for developer productivity
• Design and implement robust data infrastructure for engineering metrics
• Partner with Mission Engineering to define and track critical KPIs
• 10+ years of platform engineering experience with developer tools and CI/CD
