Software Engineer - Senior (Full-Stack)

Arch Capital Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable platform systems. You will lead end-to-end system design, influence architectural direction, and collaborate with product and growth teams to translate business objectives into engineering solutions. This role involves working across React/Angular frontends and Node.js microservices, with a focus on event-driven architectures and observability.

• Lead end-to-end system design for complex, high-scale backend platforms
• Define architectural principles and engineering best practices
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across React/Angular frontends and Node.js backend microservices
• Build and evolve RESTful and event-driven APIs
• Instrument services with monitoring and observability tooling
• Partner with product, design, and growth teams on growth initiatives
