Engineering Lead

Codal is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of 4-5 engineers in designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. This role involves architectural tasks, technical leadership, and hands-on coding across the full stack, with a focus on backend development and cloud infrastructure.

• Lead a squad of engineers in modern backend development
• Design architectures for scalable server-side environments
• Hands-on coding and maintaining high quality standards
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and designers
• Expertise in Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
