About this role

Cisco is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a new team focused on enhancing consistency, reliability, and observability within their Collaboration platform organization. You will contribute to lifecycle automation, operability improvements, tool unification, and new feature development, with a significant focus on agentic AI tool usage.

What we are looking for

Develop and maintain platforms and tools for Cisco's Collaboration platform
Drive consistency, reliability, and observability across the platform
Contribute to lifecycle automation and operability improvements
Build new tenant or operator-facing functionality
Utilize agentic AI tools in daily tasks
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
