Lead Software Engineer, BTH Engineering

Lead a software engineering team focused on building foundational infrastructure for a digital asset ecosystem. • Design and develop critical internal applications using React, TypeScript, and Python

• Deploy and manage systems end-to-end on GCP and Kubernetes with CI/CD
• Leverage AI tooling and coding agents to accelerate full-stack development
• Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and mentorship
• 10+ years building production systems in financial services or high-stakes environments
