Lead our Web Development practice as a visionary technology leader, bridging digital strategy and execution. You will own the technical direction of web platforms, lead a cross-functional team, and shape digital experiences for enterprise clients. This senior leadership role requires an AI-native mindset and strong people leadership skills.

• Manage and mentor tech leads and senior developers
• Define and execute web development strategy and architectural roadmap
• Lead with an AI-native approach throughout the development lifecycle
• Serve as senior technical lead in client-facing engagements
• Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and compliance practices
• 10+ years in web development with 5+ years in senior leadership
