About this role

RTX is seeking a Software Engineer to support manufacturing operations at their Pratt & Whitney facility. You will be responsible for developing, supporting, and troubleshooting custom and off-the-shelf manufacturing applications, including HMI screens, reporting tools, and process data consolidation.

What we are looking for

Design and create HMI/SCADA interfaces for shop floor machine tools
Develop custom business applications for data collection and reporting
Analyze application performance and debug issues
Modify applications to meet new business requirements
Convert legacy software applications to current technologies
Experience with Python, Java, or .Net and SQL databases
