This role involves leading software implementation, serving as a technical expert, and mentoring other engineers. The position is based at ICON's Austin, TX campus.

Lead implementation of key software technologies in the BuildOS platform
Serve as a trusted expert in technical aspects and industry trends
Design, develop, test, and deploy reusable web-based components, libraries, and APIs
Enhance the Design System and implement new workflows with UX designers
Grow technical competencies through education and mentorship
Manage relationships between authored model data, backend data, and rendering
