Lead Software Engineer, Distributed File Systems/Cloud Platform

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and build scalable distributed file systems and cloud platform components. You will write high-quality code, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a hybrid work environment focused on innovation and customer success.

• Design and build new components/frameworks in distributed file systems
• Develop high-quality, production-ready code for millions of users
• Build efficient components/algorithms on a microservice multi-tenant SaaS cloud distributed filesystem
• Code review, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance
• Research, design, and develop computer and network software
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovations
