Lead Developer, Product Development Applications

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Lead Developer to manage the lifecycle of laboratory information systems for Pharmaceutical Development and Global Supplies. This role involves defining business requirements, managing project timelines and budgets, and collaborating with IT teams to design, develop, and deploy digital capabilities. The position offers a hybrid work environment with up to two days of remote work per week.

• Support life cycle management for laboratory information management systems
• Identify solutions, define business requirements, and manage project timelines/budgets
• Develop acceptance criteria, testing, training, and change management plans
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver digital capabilities from design to deployment
• Coordinate application deployment with Ops teams
• Review modifications and enhancements for application life cycle support
