Senior Software Engineer, Fleet Mission Control

Bot Auto is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect and build the platforms that power their autonomous trucking operations. You will design and develop core systems for fleet scheduling, management, and mission control, creating operator-facing tools and backend services to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations. This role involves hands-on technical leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Architect and build core operation platforms (scheduler, dispatcher, vehicle console)
• Design durable object models, state machines, and lifecycle logic
• Build real-time operator tooling and role-based views
• Develop backend services, APIs, and event-driven integrations
• Ensure safety-relevant workflows are correct and resilient
• Partner with autonomy, operations, and product teams
