Engineering Manager, Clinical Intelligence

Parachute Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of up to 5 engineers focused on improving clinical intelligence and post-acute care ordering. This role involves strategic technical oversight, team execution, and guiding engineering practices while also contributing technically 10-20% of the time.

• Manage and mentor up to 5 engineers, prioritizing career growth and technical development
• Drive team execution and roadmap delivery, proactively removing blockers
• Provide strategic technical oversight, including architecture reviews and risk assessments
• Contribute technically 10-20% of time through PR reviews and targeted tickets
• Guide engineering practices using agile methods, TDD, and robust design principles
• Act as the primary team representative for stakeholder communication
