Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead), Customer Domain Engineering

Forge Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead to join their Customer Domain Engineering team in New York. This hybrid role requires 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable web applications, with expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead technical initiatives to drive liquidity and growth in the private market.

• Design, implement, and maintain web applications with customer domain-specific business logic
• Mentor junior engineers and guide the team on best practices and new technologies
• Lead a workstream, partner with Product on requirements, and plan actionable tasks
• Develop concise, detailed, and articulate technical documentation
• Expertise building APIs with C# and .NET
• Strong knowledge of SQL / relational databases
