Lead Software Engineer

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable full-stack applications. You will own the architecture and technical direction, drive adoption of modern engineering practices, and mentor engineers to foster excellence.

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise
• Own and influence end-to-end architecture and technical direction
• Lead development of complex, high-impact full-stack solutions
• Partner with Product, UX, Data & Analytics, and DevOps/SRE stakeholders
• Establish and champion engineering standards and best practices
• Serve as a technical mentor and thought leader
