About this role
Lead a team of engineers in modernizing .NET applications and integrating AI/agentic tools into production systems. You will own the full lifecycle of modernization solutions, driving scalable and secure integrations across enterprise platforms. This hands-on leadership role focuses on innovation at the forefront of data, APIs, and web services.
What we are looking for 6
- Lead full stack engineering team, modernizing .NET apps and integrating AI tools
- Drive scalable, secure integrations across APIs, web services, SSO, and messaging (Kafka/MQ)
- Hands-on development and management of application integration plans
- Migrate on-premises applications to Azure, designing hybrid solutions
- Develop and deploy cloud-native AI/ML solutions using Kubernetes and Docker
- 7+ years leading engineering teams, with .NET, Java, or Python expertise
