Lead Software Engineer

AT&T is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and enhance cloud-native platform capabilities using Kubernetes. This role focuses on improving developer productivity and accelerating software delivery through container-based solutions and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud-native engineering standards and platform modernization.

• Design, develop, and support container-based platform solutions
• Build and maintain Kubernetes platform capabilities and automation frameworks
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with application development teams to improve onboarding and self-service
• Implement security best practices in containerized and Kubernetes environments
• Support platform reliability, performance optimization, and operational excellence
