About this role
Lead a JavaScript-based frontend engineering team responsible for the Disney Media Player experience across web and connected devices. You will provide technical and organizational leadership, guiding the design and evolution of a scalable player platform and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
What we are looking for
6- Lead and grow the JavaScript Disney Media Player engineering team
- Own execution of the team roadmap, balancing feature delivery and technical investment
- Provide technical leadership for the player stack and architecture decisions
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and TPM teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and data-driven decision making
- Experience building or supporting media playback technologies
