Mill is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to drive technical direction, write high-quality code, and mentor engineers. This individual contributor role involves leading full-stack web application design and implementation, partnering closely with product management, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

• Lead technical design and execution of full-stack web applications
