Software Engineer

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Software Developer in San Diego, CA, to design, develop, and test Mission Systems software. This hybrid role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet program goals, with a focus on software quality and adherence to design processes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of experience, with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

• Design, develop, and test Mission Systems software
• Collaborate with IPT Leads, Integration RE, and Software RE
• Ensure software quality, requirement verification, and adherence to design approaches
• Proficient in C++ and Java, with scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Hands-on experience with container tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
