This role involves setting performance strategy, guiding execution across the stack, and collaborating with various teams to ensure performance is built into system design and operations.

• Lead performance engineering strategy and roadmaps
• Oversee performance architecture across applications, services, and infrastructure
• Establish performance standards, KPIs, and benchmarking methodologies
• Drive frontend and backend performance improvements
