Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer II at BD, you will develop, test, and maintain software for our next-generation medication management platform. You'll work in an Agile environment on cloud-connected applications, APIs, and device integrations, ensuring high quality and security standards. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in cloud-native architectures and regulated healthcare systems.

• Develop new software functionality using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs
• Implement features for cloud-connected applications, APIs, and platform services
• Create and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests
• Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies
• Troubleshoot software defects and conduct root-cause investigations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality, and cybersecurity
