Engineering Manager, Safety Processing

Lead a team of engineers building LLM pipelines and systems for content review, enforcement, and appeals. This role focuses on automating safety decisions, improving the appeals process, and developing tools for investigators to ensure fast and fair user outcomes.

• Lead three engineering squads focused on automated review, enforcement, and tooling
• Drive automation for safety reviews, aiming for human-level precision and recall
• Rebuild the appeals process for speed and fairness
• Own and enhance tools for investigators, reducing investigation time
• Manage regulatory and child-safety compliance alongside roadmap development
• Hire and grow a high-performing engineering team
