Staff, Full Stack Engineer

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer on the Enterprise AI team, you will architect and build AI products that integrate data, models, APIs, and user interfaces, shipping them to production. You will independently own use cases from concept to deployment, working with business teams to prototype solutions and ensuring the quality of delivered features. This role leverages AI coding agents as a primary development tool and requires a strong ability to raise team standards through code reviews and reusable patterns.

• Own AI product use cases from problem framing to production deployment
• Prototype AI-integrated features with business teams using real data
• Design and ship backend services and complete UI features
• Hands-on experience with GenAI patterns like agents, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Utilize AI coding agents as the primary mode of development
• Raise team standards through code review and reusable engineering patterns
