About this role

Light & Wonder is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join their iGaming platform development team in Marousi, Greece. You will be instrumental in building and evolving the Nova Backoffice platform, focusing on internal component libraries, complex form workflows, and feature-rich views. This role offers the opportunity to influence architectural decisions and contribute to a greenfield product from its early stages.

What we are looking for

Own and evolve the internal Lotus UI component library
Build complex, config-driven form workflows using React Hook Form
Develop feature-rich views for player management, bonus campaigns, and transaction grids
Manage layered application state with Zustand and TanStack Query
Contribute to establishing a testing culture with unit, integration, and E2E tests
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
