About this role

Join Broadcom's Ethernet NIC team to design and develop next-generation RDMA protocol features for high-performance computing and AI/ML applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, drivers, and firmware components.

What we are looking for

Design and develop RDMA protocol features, focusing on QoS and congestion control
Collaborate with architecture, silicon, and software/firmware teams
Author and contribute to software design, development, validation, and documentation
Work with QA to define test cases and support release cycles
Provide timely resolutions for customer field issues
Develop high-quality, high-performance software and firmware for Ethernet NICs
