About this role
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of full-stack features, focusing on scalable 3D geospatial solutions. You will drive projects from discovery to completion, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions across our platform.
What we are looking for
6- Lead full-stack feature design and implementation (React, C#, databases, CI/CD)
- Develop scalable 3D geospatial solutions using ArcGIS Maps SDK
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices
- Own quality assurance and problem resolution for complex issues
- Experience with modern LLM APIs and AI coding assistants
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
