Software Engineer, Robotics Infrastructure - Autonomy & Robotics, DoorDash Air

DoorDash Labs is seeking a Robotics Infrastructure Engineer to build and manage the systems enabling aerial autonomy development. You will focus on onboard vehicle software, including process management, health monitoring, and parameterization, as well as the development environment for build systems, CI/CD, and testing. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability of real-time, fault-tolerant onboard software for drones.

• Develop and own critical onboard components for drones
• Manage build systems (C++, Python) and middleware (ROS2)
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and regression testing
• Build robotics logging, plotting, and debugging tools
• Define reliability standards for onboard software
• Experience with robotics infrastructure and middleware required
