About this role

Synechron is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with 7+ years of experience to join their consulting firm. You will build the microservices layer for a banking client, integrating blockchain platforms with enterprise systems. Experience in banking and event-driven architectures is highly desired.

What we are looking for

Design and implement APIs/microservices integrating on-chain and off-chain systems
Build services for transaction orchestration, reconciliation, and event processing
Ensure scalability and resilience of the services layer
7+ years backend development (Java, Node.js, Python, or Go)
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
Cloud-native development experience (GCP preferred)
