Senior Software Engineer, AI

Okta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their AI & Automation team, focusing on building secure and intelligent internal platforms powered by Generative AI. This role involves designing and developing user-facing and backend systems that integrate GenAI into various business workflows, creating tools like virtual agents and AI copilots. The position emphasizes full-stack development with a strong focus on AI integration, building performant UIs, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Design and build end-to-end GenAI-powered applications
• Integrate LLM-based experiences using frameworks like LangChain
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React or Vue
• Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Collaborate with designers and product managers on AI UX patterns
• Ensure security, privacy, and observability across the full stack
