Senior Full Stack Engineer

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Platform Development team in Arlington, VA. This hybrid role involves building and expanding the data platform that supports major CoStar brands, with a focus on integrating AI technologies to enhance software delivery, product experiences, and data quality. The position requires a strong understanding of business drivers and a willingness to apply AI responsibly to solve complex challenges.

• Build distributed, API-driven systems for tens of thousands of users
• Integrate AI skills, agents, and intelligent workflows into applications
• Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable code using TypeScript, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS
• Build and maintain web applications using React/TypeScript
• Utilize AI models for enhanced monitoring, observability, and diagnostics
• Drive software design, development standards, and code review practices
