What we are looking for

Develop and improve features for RoomOS, Cisco's collaboration device operating system
Partner with cloud service owners to deliver well-designed features across the product portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and deliver features from idea to product
Build quality through unit and integration testing, test automation, and release validation
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and prioritize fixes based on customer impact
Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to uphold strong engineering practices
