Senior Engineering Manager, Control Plane

Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers in building Aerospike's multi-cloud platform. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding technical execution, architecture, and product decisions to deliver performant and scalable user experiences.

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of frontend and backend engineers
• Drive execution against the platform technical roadmap
• Partner with product and design to translate business needs into technical plans
• Contribute to architecture and raise the technical bar
• Own the control plane architecture for the Cloud Platform
• Ensure strong engineering practices including testing, observability, and CI/CD
