About this role

Zayo is seeking an experienced AI/Software Automation Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence. You will develop automation agents and services using Python and OpenAI to streamline manual tasks and enhance business operations. This role involves collaborating with internal customers to understand needs, building and validating prototypes, and ensuring solutions are production-ready and secure.

What we are looking for

Develop automation projects utilizing OpenAI based agents
Script and code primarily in Python
Engage with internal customers to understand opportunities and craft solutions
Build and validate prototypes, assure reliability, and transform into final implementations
Harden applications for production readiness and ensure data security and compliance
Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in AI-driven automation projects
