Software Engineering Manager – Frontend

Finastra is seeking an Engineering Lead to manage a cross-functional team focused on embedding AI capabilities into customer service products. You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of a customer-facing frontend application that leverages AI features, ensuring technical excellence and fostering collaboration.

• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team (frontend, backend, DevOps)
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of AI-powered frontend applications
• Partner with Product Owner to translate vision into technical solutions
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across disciplines
• Mentor and develop engineering talent
