Lead Software Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain real-time, high-availability, safety-critical systems for UK air traffic services. This hybrid role involves leading software development activities, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring code reliability in a Linux environment. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience or a Master's with 2-6 years, proficiency in C/C++, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
