About this role

Join the User Hub team as a Software Engineer to build and enhance critical features of the NiCE CXone platform. You will develop new features, modernize existing capabilities, and solve complex technical challenges using Java, Angular, and AWS. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work across the full stack in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What we are looking for

Design, develop, and enhance features within the User Hub platform
Build intuitive user experiences using Angular and modern web technologies
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java
Leverage AWS services and cloud-native architectures
Investigate and resolve production issues
Partner closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and global engineering teams
